Inside Spinzo's BTM Dark Store: How We Clean & Deliver in 6 Hours Across Bangalore

When you schedule a laundry pickup on Spinzo, your clothes aren't shipped off to an anonymous out-of-town warehouse or outsourced to unaccountable third-party street vendors. Spinzo operates a dedicated, high-efficiency micro-fulfillment dark store centrally located in South Bangalore.

Our Strategic Central Hub: BTM 1st Stage

Located at Garuda Bhive Workspace on Outer Ring Road, Old Madiwala (BTM 1st Stage, Jay Bheema Nagar), Spinzo's facility sits at the exact geographical epicenter of South Bangalore. This central location is why our pilots can reach doorstep pickups in Koramangala, HSR Layout, and Jayanagar in as little as 24 to 30 minutes.

The 5-Step Journey of Your Clothes Inside the Dark Store

• **1. Doorstep Digital Weighing & RFID Bagging**: Clothes are weighed on digital scales in front of you and sealed in tamper-proof barcoded bags.
• **2. Dedicated Single-Customer Drum Sorting**: Your garments are loaded into individual commercial washers. Spinzo enforces a 100% strict zero-mixing policy.
• **3. Eco-Friendly Bio-Washing**: We use hypoallergenic, phosphate-free detergents that lift tough Bangalore dust and sweat while protecting fabric fibers.
• **4. Temperature-Controlled Tumble Dry**: Sensor-activated dryers shut off the instant optimal dryness is reached, preventing fabric shrinkage.
• **5. High-Pressure Steam Finish & Eco-Packaging**: Clothes are steam pressed, folded neatly, and packaged in dust-proof recyclable covers ready for your wardrobe.
